This statue in Liverpool was sculpted by Tommy Steele in 1982 who used to be a famous rock,n,roll singer and went on to become a star in the theatrical musicals.Eleanor Rigby is one of the Beatles songs.The name comes from a grave stone in St.Peters cemetary,Liverpool where Paul met John for the first time.The statue is in Stanley Street and dedicated to "all the lonely people"
