Das zwischen 1905 und 1909 im Stadtteil Striesen als Saalkirche errichtete Gotteshaus gilt als Exempel der Dresdner Reformarchitektur und verbindet neoromanische und neogotische Elemente mit denen des Jugendstils. The church, built between 1905 and 1909 in the Striesen district as a hall church, is considered an example of Dresden's reform architecture and combines Neo-Romanesque and Neo-Gothic elements with those of Art Nouveau.
