Sporenstand des Acker-Schachtelhalms (Equisetum arvense). Die fertilen (sporentragenden) Triebe des Acker-Schachtelhalms erscheinen im Frühjahr, während die sterilen grünen Triebe, die der Photosynthese dienen, erst später erscheinen.
