Bild der Schachblume, Fritillaria meleagris. Die Schachblume ist eine Bewohnerin feuchter Wiesen, die nicht zu früh gemäht werden. Durch Intensivierung der Landwirtschaft sehr selten geworden. Dieses Bild wurde bei Hetlingen in der Elbmarsch unterhalb von Hamburg aufgenommen, wo sich einer der größten Restbestände der Schachblume in Deutschland befindet. The Snake's Head Fritillary.
