Rund 140 Einsatzkräfte von Feuerwehr und Rettungsdiensten trainierten am 5. September 2013 unweit der Station 'Bayerischer Bahnhof' die Rettung von Fahrgästen aus dem Leipziger City-Tunnel. 50 Statisten der Johanniterakademie mimten die Opfer: Mit Kunstblut und Schminke pr‰pariert, um Hilfe rufend und teilweise Panik-Attacken simulierend, war die Evakuierung eine Herausforderung für die zahlreichen Retter. Gegen 9:30 geriet ein Talent2 der S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland unweit der Station 'Bayerischer Bahnhof' in Brand und entgleiste. Zahlreiche Personen waren im Zug eingeschlossen und mussten evakuiert werden. Nur wenige Minuten später, gegen 9:45 Uhr erreichten bereits erste Löschfahrzeuge den Vorplatz des Bayerischen Bahnhofs. Binnen kurzer Zeit wurde ein provisorischer Verbandsplatz errichtet und erste Rettungskräfte unter Atemschutz in die Station geschickt. Die Verletzungen der zahlreichen Opfer waren äußerst realistisch präpariert - Verbrennungen und Fleischwunden, aber auch Lungenödeme und Knochenbrüche galt es zu versorgen. Je nach Verletzungsgrad wurden die Reisenden direkt in die umliegenden Notaufnahmen der teilnehmenden Krankenhäuser gebracht. - NUR ZUR REDAKTIONELLEN NUTZUNG! -
