Buch von Harvey Fierstein Mit dabei: Peter Renz Stefan Kurt Daniel Daniela Yrureta Ojeda Nicky Wuchinger Tom Erik Lie Helmut Baumann Maria-Danaé Bansen Andreja Schneider Andre Ottens-Körbl Shane Dickson Ein Stück über Homosexualität und Emanzipation, erzählt anhand eines schwulen Clubbesitzers und seines Lebensgefährten der als Zaza, Dragqueen und Star seiner Show, grosse Erfolge feiert. Bis die zukünftigen Schwiegereltern ihres Sohnes auftauchen die erzkatholisch, homophob und stockkonservativ sind. So nimmt die grosse Show aus Verstellung, Verwandlung Verkleidung ihren Lauf um sich als ehrenwerte Säulen der Gesellschaft für die Eltern ihrer zukünftigen Schwiegertochter zu präsentieren. Bis die Blase schlussendlich platzt. Das Stück feierte 1985 am Theater des Westens rauschende Erfolge mit Helmut Baumann als "Zaza" der nun auch dabei ist, in einer kleinen aber tragenden Nebenrolle.
