Description
Pudding Lane is the starting point for the great fire of London in 1666.It started in a bakers shop and spread quickly due to the nearness of the houses.It eventually was stopped at Pye Corner by Barts Hospital.Near to this sign is the London Monument standing 202 feet high with 311 steps to the top. It is said that only 8 people died.
