For at least one of the chosen pictures there does not exist a Model Release Agreement. I confirm that I will not use any pictures for promotional purposes if on the purchased pictures persons can be clearly identified and if a Model Release Agreement does not exist for these pictures as this might result in claims for compensation by any person or persons who are affected.

For at least one of the chosen pictures there does not exist a Property Release Agreement. I confirm that I will not use any pictures of private buildings - which are taken from a private property - and I will not use any indoor pictures of buildings of any kind for any promotional purposes if a Property Release Agreement does not exist for these pictures as this might result in claims for compensation.

Dorothys car designed by Rex McCandless at Cultra Hill Climb Holywood, Northern Ireland, UK, 3rd June 2017. The design was never put into production and was driven for many years by Dorothy McGladdery.
