Das Ballett "Distant Matter" von Anouk van Dijk. mit Musik von Jethro Woodward. Anouk van Dijk (früher Rotterdam Dance Group, dann Pretty Ugly Dance Company derzeit Leiterin der australischen Tanzcompagnie Chunky Move), erarbeitete eine Uraufführung mit den Tänzer:Innen des Staatsballetts Berlin. Van Dijk hat nicht nur mit dem Choreographieren begonnen, sondern auch eine eigene Bewegungsmethode, die »Countertechnique« entwickelt. Die Idee: Jede Bewegung wird mit einer Gegenbewegung in Balance gebracht. Mit dem Staatsballett Berlin erarbeitete sie die Uraufführung DISTANT MATTER.
