The changing of the guard in front of Amalienborg at noon. Amalienborg being one of the residences of the Danish royal family, is guarded day and night by Royal Life Guards. Amalienborg is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. It consists of four palaces around an octagonal courtyard. In the centre of the square is a monumental equestrian statue of Amalienborg's founder, King Frederick V.
