Die 60 Meter hohe Halde der Zeche Prosper in Bottrop ist eine der wichtigsten Landmarken im Ruhrgebiet: mit dem Tetraeder, einer begehbaren Pyramide, als Krone. Nachts verwandelt sich die Spitze in ein weithin sichtbares Lichtzeichen. Der Tetraeder gehoert zu den Panoramen der Industriekultur und zur Route Industriekultur im Ruhrgebiet und ist eines der neuen Wahrzeichen der Region.
