Quebec City, Canada - August 16, 2008: Parliament of Quebec building in Quebec City. Designed by Eugene-Etienne Tache in second empire style it was built from 1877 to 1886 for the Lieutenant-Governor. In front of the facade the statue of 16th Premier Duplessis.
