Berlin, Germany - April 16, 2009: the modern dome of the German Parliament or Bundestag in Berlin, by architect Norman Foster. The building was build to host the Parliament of German Empire or Reichstag, destroied by fire in 1933, damaged by bombs during Second World War, it was completely restored by Norman Foster, only after German reunion, when Parliament was trasferred from Bonn to Berlin.
