Entoloma clypeatum (Deutsch: Schildrötling, Geflammter Rötling) ist ein häufiger Pilz, welcher vorwiegend auf Waldböden und auf Wiesen wächst. Die Hauptsaison von Entoloma clypeatum beginnt im März und endet im Juli. Er ist essbar, sollte aber wegen möglicher Verwechselungen nur von Kennern verwendet werden.
