Description
Inishowen (Irish: Inis Eoghain) is the largest peninsula in Ireland and is located in County Donegal. At the top of Inishowen is Malin Head, the northernmost point of Ireland. Inishowen is bordered to the north by the Atlantic Ocean, to the east by Lough Foyle and to the west by Lough Swilly; only in the south it borders the rest of the county Donegal.
