Das Denkmal für die ermordeten Juden Europas, kurz Holocaust-Mahnmal, in der historischen Mitte Berlins erinnert an die rund sechs Millionen Juden, die unter der Herrschaft Adolf Hitlers und der Nationalsozialisten ermordet wurden. Das Mahnmal, das von Peter Eisenman entworfen wurde, besteht aus 2711 quaderförmigen Beton-Stelen. Es wurde zwischen 2003 und Frühjahr 2005 auf einer rund 19.000 m² großen Fläche südlich des Brandenburger Tors errichtet.
