For at least one of the chosen pictures there does not exist a Model Release Agreement. I confirm that I will not use any pictures for promotional purposes if on the purchased pictures persons can be clearly identified and if a Model Release Agreement does not exist for these pictures as this might result in claims for compensation by any person or persons who are affected.

For at least one of the chosen pictures there does not exist a Property Release Agreement.
