Description
The Bigo is a 1992 building by Renzo Piano comissioned by the city and inspired from an ancient derrick for the ships servicing the old port of Genoa, Italy. Its longest arm (above the vantage point) lifts a cabin with tourist for a nice view over the city, while some others are supporting the roof of the Piazza del Feste (right).
