Description

Taj Mahal at dawn on a January morning, still partially covered with the morning mist. The classic view with the reflection in the garden’s pool. The famous mausoleum has been built by the emperor of India Shah Jahan (Muhammad Khurram), for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal (Arjumand Banu Begum) after her death in 1631. It is situated on the Southern bank of Yamuna, the river considered sacred in India. Fog forms often above the river in the winter months of January and February and frequently obscures the mausoleum at dawn to disappears quickly when the sun warms the air. Taj Mahal is considered to be a symbol of love, it is one of the wonders of the world, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the most famous landmark of India. Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
