Description

Schief gewachsene Bäume, deren Kronen sich zum Wasser neigen und sich darin spiegeln, wechseln sich mit den im Wasser liegenden Steinen und den bunten Wiesenblumen am Flussufer ab. Die Saale ist ein Fluss in Bayern, Thüringen und Sachsen-Anhalt. Mit einer Länge von 413 Kilometern ist sie nach der Moldau der zweitlängste Nebenfluss der Elbe. Mit einem mittleren Abfluss von 115 m³/s nimmt sie gemeinsam mit der Havel ebenfalls Platz zwei hinter der Moldau unter den wasserreichsten Nebenflüssen ein.
