Description

Hirschsprung Höllental B31, Hochschwarzwald. Eine alte Sage besagt, dass ein Hirsch auf der Flucht von einem Jäger mit einem Sprung über das enge Tal sein Leben gerettet hat. Der Jäger soll im Jagdfieber bei der Verfolgung durch einen Sturz seines verloren haben. Bereits 1856 wurde ein hölzerner Hirsch von der Gemeinde Falkenstein aufgestellt. Unterhalb des Felsens erinnert auch heute noch ein Hirschdenkmal aus Bronze an diese Fabel.
