I confirm that I will not use any pictures for promotional purposes if on the purchased pictures persons can be clearly identified and if a Model Release Agreement does not exist for these pictures as this might result in claims for compensation by any person or persons who are affected.

William Henry Seward, Sr. (1801-1872) was the 12th Governor of New York, United States Senator and the United States Secretary of State under Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson. Engraving from an english magazine printed in 1864.
