Description

Das 1949 errichtete Ehrenmal in der Schönholzer Heide in Berlin-Pankow ist eines von drei zentralen sowjetischen Mahnmalen in der deutschen Hauptstadt. Zwei Ecktürme aus rotem Granit erheben sich beiderseits des Haupteingangs. Die seitlichen Reliefs aus Bronze stellen das kämpfende und das trauernde Sowjetvolk dar.
